Flu Days

15 Jan

The past few weeks have been a blur of fevers, cranky toddlers, coughing fits and elderberry syrup. The flu epidemic of 2012/2013 hit our house just before the New Year and has only just left us. We came through relatively unscathed, although I would advise you to never google, “my 5-month-old has the flu,” at 2 am when/if your 5-month-old has the flu. I can promise you that nothing good will come of this. Unless you call increasing your anxiety exponentially a good thing.

So, to catch you up on our holidays here are a few photos from the end of last year.  I would include some from this year too, but so far 2013 has been the Year of the Pajama, not to be confused with the Chinese Year of the Matted Dog, despite what my hair would indicate.  Our goal is to be in real clothes by March. Wish us luck.
